I will send you a form via email to fill out, this will help me determine what items to send you and in what colors/themes. This is not a custom order, this is a mystery order. There will be an option on the form to tell me if you prefer that everything matches or if you want mix-matched things. For this tier you can specify if you'd like for it to be a comprehensive set for your service dog (meaning you'd likely get a little of everything).
